NEW Client unable get software update from ADR SCCM 2002, issue with windows 10 1903 and higher,

SCCM 2002 ,When deploy software update deployment windows defender patch (Using ADR at 3 AM every day) , some client machine it's worked but some machine it's not work, on windows 10 1903 and higher it's not work.
But worked on windows 10 version 1607,1703,1709,1803 and 1809 it's Worked.

Same network, Same environment, but difference between OS version.

(I think issue from BITS)

Please Help me without the issue.
