NEW Client status reverting back to No

I have about 20 machines that I know the client is installed and I know it's set up correctly with the right Site and servers. I'll reinstall the client and it will show up in the console for a few hours as having the client, but then a few hours later, it shows as having No client.

I've reinstalled the client. I've re-ran the SMS Host Agent. The logs all seem to be reporting as normal. Not sure where to check next.

It's not even every machine at that site or in that AD OU. It's only a small handful. And these are machines that are utilized every day in a call center.

They show in All Systems but if I try to do a collection (based on All Systems) they don't all show either.
