PENDING Client shows offline in console

Hi Team,

we have an issue, some of the clients are showing offline in console but the Machine Policies, heart beat DDR & hardware scan is updated.

i have checked in bgbserver.log, it says that "failed to process signIn message from client 10.XX.XX.XX".

can any one tell us how can we solve this issue.

Please provide us the whole log file and the following details to help you.

• LocationServices.log
• BGBServer.log
• Client & Site Server versions.

sorry for the late response..
we don't have access to workstation to get locationservices.log
Client & Site server version( 1910--5.00.8913.1027)
BGBServer log is attached.
