PENDING Client push or manual install doesnt work on 1 machine. "Unexpected circumstances error 8007002

I have one machine that the client wont install

MSI: Setup failed due to unexpected circumstances the error code is 80070002

Win 10 21h2 Sccm version is 2111

Any ideas? Nothing works.
