Hi,

We are in the forest migration progress from forest A to forest B, Windows Clients are already migrated to forest A. Both forests have trust relationship. Currently SCCM server in forest A. SCCM Clients in forest B is working fine.

We have plan to install new SCCM server in forest B,

Please share the possibly move clients from old SCCM server to new SCCM server.

Hi Prajwal,
I tried the script, it worked for some but failed for many saying the script has ran already, and clients are not-rechecking to new site code.

Upon looking at execmgr.log:
"The program Change_SiteCode will not run because it has been run before and it succeeded and policy indicates it should rerun only it it has previously failed."

PC - ABC
PC ABC shows as Active in old SCCM with the old site code
PC ABC shows as Inactive in new SCCM with the new site code

Any help?

Thanks

Yes I have done that.
My scenario is this
Location - A, B, C, D, E
PC - 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
DP - AA, BB, CC, DD, EE

In past:
SCCM-Old > DPs > A, B, C, D, E
All PCs, All DPs

Present >
SCCM-Old presence > A, B, C, D, E
SCCM-Old DPs > DD, EE
Boundaries - All Internal IP Segment
Boundary Group - Segmented to Site

SCCM-New presence > A, B, C, D, E
SCCM-New DPs > AA, BB, CC
Boundaries - All Internal IP Segment
Boundary Group - Segmented to Site

So for example, if a PC 1 is in Location A, it falls under same presence of SCCM-OLD and SCCM-NEW, however, the SCCM-OLD doesn't have a DP in it in Location A, but the Boundary and Boundary Group is set under both SCCM-OLD and SCCM-NEW.
PC 2 - in Location B, its active in SCCM-OLD, but Old SCCM doesn't have any DP that is pointing to Old SCCM, the DP is pointing to new SCCM.

I hope I was able to explain the situation.

Much Appreciate your help
Thanks.
