PENDING Client install failing as client is on interet but its not

The client push installation failing with a msg tht the client is on internet . but the client is not on internet. pls help
Accessing the URL 'http://domain.sccm.com/CCM_Client/ccmsetup.cab' failed with 80004005'
but i can access this url from any browser in my domain

It turned out to be the issue with the IIS authentication , I uninstalled , reinstalled IIS roles , its working fine now . Thank you so much Prajwal , anyways, ur posts keep motivating ppl like us abt SCCM
