NEW Client certificate shows as none, not reporting to console

Client installation ends successfully with exit code 0
Telnet on ports 80, 10123 is ok
Earlier this host was reporting fine to console
Machine remains always online except weekends.

Control Panel > Configuration Manager
Only six tabs loaded: General, Components, Actions, Site, Cache and Network

Control Panel > Configuration Manager > General
Assigned MP= Pointing correctly
Client certificate= None (Whereas healthy clients showing as Self-signed)
Site code= Assigned correctly

Control Panel > Configuration Manager > Action
Lists only Machine and User Policy
