PENDING Citrix Workspace App (Receiver) Upgrade with Nuance

I have no issues with packaging Citrix Workspace App, deploying it and then the Nuance Plugins for Dragon Medical One usage of the handheld PowerMic via virtual connection to Citrix. The issue is upgrading. Has anyone had to do upgrades to Citrix Receiver in with these plugins in the past? Citrix Receiver Cleanup does not help. What happens when you upgrade is you get a virtual encryption error. Tried doing Citrix Workspace App -> Nuance Citrix Audio Extension -> Nuance PowerMic Audio Extension in that order upgrade, then tried Citrix Receiver Cleanup -> Citrix Workspace App -> Nuance Citrix Audio Extension -> Nuance PowerMic Audio Extension.
