That is where the report exist. So Why do you want to change it?

we have old and new folders, the ones currently are pointing to old one, we have same report in new one we want to change path to new

As far as I know you will need to create new subscriptions. You MIGHT be able to powershell the creation of them based on key details from others subscription but you will need to work out the answer yourself.
