I have around 25 clients that were communicating to the server and then they stopped.
I have tried re-installing the client from the console, from the host by with ccmset.exe.
Tried completely uninstalling the client then doing a WMI rebuild (winmgmt /resetrepository)
Still I cannot get the communication to the server.

I checked ccmeval log and the client can see the MP and site code.
When I look in the ccmsetup log I get error:
CcmSetup failed error code 0x80070643
CmRcService could not be stopped. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to stop system services.
When I did the client removal I even deleted this service and I get the error.
At this point all I can think of is re-imaging the computers.

I think I got this fixed, I moved the computers to OU with no GPO's applied. All other OU's have a GPO that was turning firewall service back on.
Deleted CCM Cache, these were shared PC's and some of them had GB's of data.
Reran setup from the console.
Now they are communicating.
Is this the same issue that you mentioned here - http://prajwaldesai.com/community/t...-with-cmrcservice-unable-to-stop-service.257/
have you disabled windows firewall service on the client machines ?. Did you check CmRcService.log on the client to see if there are any errors ?.
It is a similar issue yes, the other one was reporting but I get the same error message now trying to fix non communicating computers.
I did not disable the Windows Firewall service as it messes up the printers, but I will try it.
Could not find CmRCService log.
Here is the CMMRepair log.

I disabled the Windows Firewall and it created a CmRc Servive log, see attachemnt
Any assistance would be appreciated!
