Good morning,

I administer a relatively small CCM environment of around 1k machines.. I have one that was working fine, however it stopped getting updates, wouldn't check in and would sit in Unknown indenfinitely... I've seen this happen before and a simple client reinstall usually resolves it without issue... This one seems to take the installation just fine, however under Action on the machine it's missing all but machine policy and one other (can't remember off the top of my head, apologies), no software scan, hardware scan, etc...

I ran a client health check and checked CCMEval log and WAS seeing errors of failed to get time from registry... however I just checked and those errors are now gone and the log looks clean...

With that said, the device is still in the list with a grey question mark under the "icon" column.. says client installed and active, however attempting to perform any tasks on it (using RCT) gives an error: not found...

I've checked the logs, things looks clean... What am I missing, what other logs should I be looking at?

Thanks,
-Corey

But that is the same log snipit. and it says it was ok.
It did successfully send the report to the server, but the errors still remain (I just tried it again still getting that error) and the status of the device is showing the grey ? in ConfigMgr, and also all actions other than machine policy are missing from the device, no software update, hardware scan, etc...

This is the only device I've had that didn't flip to the green checkmark and functioning properly, it just sits with the grey ? and won't.. well do anything, for lack of a better term...

And this morning upon boot up.. It's working flawlessly... I wish I had some information as to why it was acting up or how to fix it, but it seems to have sorted itself out.

it would make sense that it could take 24 hours before the console details get update.
