PENDING Captured Image, shows wrong OS Version

I've captured a new 21H2 image, but the version SCCM is reporting is different to the actual version.
Meaning Offline Servicing is failing to show the required updates, resulting in being unable to update the image, VIA Scheduled Updates.
I'm using the Windows 11 ADK version 10.0.22000.1. SCCM 2111, with the latest patch.



Has anyone seen anything like this before, or have any fixes or suggestions to try?

I've dome some more tested, and even if I capture a 21H1 build, it still shows the same build in the SCCM console.
The image deploys fine, we just can't keep it up to date, with the scheduled updated VIA SCCM.

Not sure if any one has seen this before?

i have the same issue. the OS version is just like yours 19041 but the sub-version keeps changing after injecting updates. am not bothered by the issue and it is not affecting any client

Even with an untouched ISO, the version is wrong, so it's not just captured images.

All works, it just stops us doing the offline servicing, to ensure that the image is kept up to date.
Slightly annoying, but not the end of the world I guess.

found out why. it shows ADK version you are using which i am using too
