NEW Capture Windows 10 20H2 from dell laptop

Hi,
I have a Dell laptop. I would like to capture the image. An error pops up during sysprep. The application cannot be deleted.
What Windows apps should I remove before I capture an image?
Is there a command ?
What are the steps to prepare your laptop for image capture?
