SOLVED Capture an image of a single PC to a thumb drive ??

I am fairly new to using SCCM. The co-workers who did most of this left the company, and now it is falling onto my lap - We are having PXE issues at our company, and I would like to capture an image of a single PC to a thumb drive - what would be the best way to go about doing this ??
I have already followed Pajwal's instructions and created a WIM file of the respective PC. Is there a way to change this WIM file to an ISO ???
