NEW Can't install Windows 10 updates

Hi all

I followed this guide, for software updates to osd:

But I can't see any Windows 10 updates available, so I downloaded KB3095113, which should make Windows 10 updates visible in sccm 2012. But I still can't see them. I don't even have an 'upgrade tab'.
