PENDING Can't delete application with dependency with NON existing application

Hi all,
I have problems with deleting application from SCCM:
Remove-CMApplication : Configuration Manager cannot delete this application because other applications or task
sequences reference it or it is configured as a deployment.
Details:
Number of dependent applications: 1

I know where is the problem, I copied the application and rename it. Now the dependency doesn't exist because is pointing to another application:
Application-copy

How can I delete it?

Have you actually gone into the application and looked at the Dependencies tab?
