Hi there,

I have installed SQL Server 2019 product versión 15.0.2000.5 and SQL Server Reporting services for SQL Server 2019 product versión 15.0.7545.4810. When I try to create some report I get the following error: "Before you can create or edit reports, your computer must run a versión of SQL Report Builder that matches the versión of SQL Server that you use for your report server".
I have been googling for information but I have not found anything about this error. I would appreciate any help that you can give me.

Thanks in advance.
Gustavo

Did you download and installed the latest version of Report Builder?
Hi Garth,

I don't remember to do that, in fact I did not know that I had to install it. Sorry, I am new on this and i followed a tutorial to do it, but it was not said to install report Builder. Ok, I am going to install it and I will confirm you. Thanks for your quick response

It has worked. I am feeling now a little silly for my question but in the proccess of learning these small things are like a big problem for me :)

Thanks a lot for your help.

Good day

I have a similar issue, but all services and ad-ons are installed. We run SCCM2019 and when I go to Monitoring/Reports in Endpoint Configuration Manager to create a report I get Error 530 service unavailable.

The Config files and Registry point to correct SQL server as there is actual data in there and my Alerts work fine. VMM is fine , SCOM is fine. Updating or repairing doesn't help.

I can just not report on it?

How do I fix this?

Are you trying to use an OpsMan SSRS server for CM? If so I don't thing that is supported and OpsMan changes the default security mode.

Thanks for the reply Gareth, I am still a novice with System Center.

Does this then mean ECM's reporting is separate from OpsMan? And how would I get it working?

We self host a cluster of ISS servers, we need to report on deployments and recurring alerts. I would have thought there are built-in reports I could run, instead I am stuck with error 530.

Yes CM report is different than opsman.
SSRS can't be run on a Cluster server itself, it can be run on the cluster host.
Create an SSRS one another server and point CM to it.
