The drive has plenty of space and permissions are set correctly on the source folder. Was working great and just stopped. Log files not providing much.

I'm not sure what you are looking for, only the logs will tell you what is happening. You need to start at the top and watch a package go out to the dp and see where it stops.

Need some more information - what logs have you looked at so far?
Start here : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/core/plan-design/hierarchy/log-files
on here you can do a search for "distribution point" and see what logs pertain to what you're doing.
i'd open up the logs in CMTrace, distribute a package and see what happens.
once you get that, or anything that might point you in the rigth direction, check there, and if you're still unsure, grab the logs and swing back here .
This could be a multitude of things... did your network guys change anything? anything the security guys did? any changes recently to permissions on any service accounts that are used? etc etc.

I looked at the distmgr and PkgXferMgr logs verified with security and network team that changes were not made that would affect package distribution.

Can you do me a favor - upload something to the DP > grab those logs, post them here for when it's trying to / erroring out - delete out all information for your company of course!

"Can no longer distribute packages to DP" can mean two things:
1. The content is not sent to DP at all.
2. The content transfers to the DP are underway but they fail with an error. Logs will provide more info and there could be a number of reasons for those failures.

So, you'll have to read those logs to see what's happening.
