PENDING Can CM 1606 be Upgraded to 2002 Directly?

I have some disconnected (no internet) CM 1606 sites.
Can I upgrade these to 2002 using the Baseline Media?
If not, what is the best way to upgrade them?

What are the available updates that you see in your ConfigMgr console ?. As far I remember, you can upgrade to version 2002 if you are running one the following versions SCCM 1806, SCCM 1810, SCCM 1902 or SCCM 1906 or SCCM 1910.
