NEW BSOD WinPE Version 10.0.22000.1

Hi Guys,
I Have SCCM 2111 with WinPE 10.0.22000.1.
When i boot from PXE UEFI/MBR (Computer Based HP 800 G2 SFF) I get BSOD.
I tried to Upload Drivers to WinPE and i still get BSOD.
In BSOD the stop code: 'DRIVER PNP WATCHDOG'.

After a lot of test its seem about the disk (samsung 870 evo).
I tried another disks on some computer and work fine.
I tried to upgrade the disk firmware and still not work.
I looking for driver to this disk and i do not find driver.
