NEW Boot PXE with IPsec VPN

i need some help
a VPN is buil between my company and a client.
we have to deploy a distribution point on the client to deploy computers with PXE.
i've built a distribution point which also host DHCP on a server in te cient infra.
when we try to boot PXE a VM, the SMSPXE.log send me errors: Failed to receive response with winhttp; 80072efe
it seems the client is trying to contact the Manager point instead of the Distribution point

the distribution point is configured to enable PXE responder without WDS.
