NEW BIOS update in Config Manager the task sequence

Hello Everyone
Thank you for reading my post, I have been going around in circles with this for a few hours :-(
I want to upgrade the BIOS of our laptops as we build them through Config Manager OSD.
I am using Dell CCTK to change some BIOS settings, that working and now trying to update the BIOS
This is what I have done so far, and it fails with an error "Task sequence execution failed with error code 80004005" Looking at the SMSTS.log (attached) looks like it is Dell error code 6. I had a look at it, and it says it is a reboot issue, although I am not sure what that means. I am guessing it is where I placed my updated BIOS part in my TS.

First let's be sure that the command line arguments are correct. So, can you try to run this command without "/s" on a similar computer model to see its behavior.
