PENDING Apps not showing up on a fresh installed machine

Good Day!

• Not all Apps showing up on some Clients /Many applications which are set to "Available" missing.
• Windows 10 is a fresh install and already some days online.
• Policy refresh... done. Often
• SCCM Client reinstalled, No success
• Updated the content for one app and now the app is showing up.

Any suggestions?

• Is there a skript to update the content for all applications?
