PENDING Applications not showing up in Software Center

Hi after upgrading to 2006 apps not show in SC immediately.
I deploy app to collection, on computer i force policy update, policy download, i cant see it in SC.
There was even windows notification I have new software to install!!!
App show only if i force or wait for app evaluation cycle.
Deployment is required for system and have set show all in software center.

Have you deployed the new sccm client on those machines that’s not showing the App? Also, are the Apps only showing on clients that have the 2006 version?

Ensure you upgrade the ConfigMgr agents to the latest version.
