PENDING Application showing as unknown - root cause DP's?

Hi,
First question here as I am confused as to why an application I have deployed to an entire OU is getting a large majority of completion status returned as 'Unknown'.

I did notice that two of my DP's are stuck on Processing content on site server with 'The deployment manager has processed the package' - but the site server has it.
Could this be the issue? Next content validation for the dp stuck has another week before it's due - can you temporarily force a push on this to perhaps solve the issue?

I have tried manually Redistributing the package and validating it.

You will need to review the logs for root cause. From there you can work on fixing it. Without any errors to go on there isn't much anyone can do to help.
