PENDING Application not show in software center

Hello All,
i have deployed an application on device collection with available mode. in collection there are three machine. application has been available in two machine but not available in an machine. i have done all troubleshooting as per my knowledge. Please share solution.

So the issue with the thrid computer which is not displaying the software. Have you tried running the client agent action cycles on that computer and checked if the client agent is talking to management point ?.
