Application is not displaying in Software Center for a user when her user Id was added to application's user collection
In CCM logs it is showing as:
he remote server returned an unexpected response: (400) Bad Request.. Unable to fetch user categories
Failed to determine if user 'S-1-5-21-33.....' is cloud user. Error 0x80004005

Please note that just for few users we are facing this issue , for remaining users it is working fine.
What could be the reason and solution for this issue?

Hi,

In PolicyAgent.log it is showing as undermined cloud user and in Configuration Colsole for that user Azure Actuve directlry Tenant ID and Azure Active Directory User ID is not displaying . In Azure poral it os showing Tenant ID and User ID, so not sure why SCCM is not taking the details for that user. For other users it is taking the details correctly.
What could be the reason?
