I've deployed a new Cisco AnyConnect Profile file. Initially I deployed it to a user collection (IT&S). I got mixed results after a few weeks. Mostly because I had to apply Requirements to exclude Servers, VDIs and certain laptops. The remainder of laptops that show up in Monitoring - Deployments as Unknown (about 50), I added to a Device Collection. Got it down to 7, still in unknown. There's one laptop (my manager's) that is online and receiving other updates, that I'm doing the troubleshooting on . I've repaired the client, check his wmi, cleared his cache and looked thru log files but can't figure out why his laptop will not get this deployment. I looked at the detection rule which simply uses file size and the existing file is different then the new one and besides it worked on over 100 others. I tried using Support Center to create a troubleshooting bundle but I can't connect remotely, I suspect the Firewall/VPN might be the cause of that. When I highlight my deployment Monitoring - Deployments - Cisco AnyConnect Profile it shows on the Summary page 3 in error however when I click on view status - Error tab - I get the Status information is currently unavailable for this deployment.
The laptops are in the category - Client check passed/Active
Any suggestions?
