PENDING Application Deployment Error past due will be retried

Good Morning

Please check the attachment . I am deploying applications using MSI format. As you can see in the attached image some application installed perfectly like Firefox Skype Google Chrome etc, but some application giving error pass - due will be retired , Please guide me why this error is occurs and how i can fix this issue.
