PENDING Application Catalog web service point status critical

Hello

I have setup a new Test lab in my environment also new in SCCM. Server installation done successfully.
I have created application package for Mozila and Google Chrome but its not deploying on client machine.
I have check that Application Catalog web service point and website point showing status critical. Is this because application are not deploying on machine.

Have you created a new app or package ?. Have you deployed it to the device collection or user collection ?.

My LAB is completely fresh. I have created new app and package. Also deployed it to the device collection.

if the package is showing up in software center and if it's not installing check execmgr.log file on client machine. If it's an application, check appenforce.log file.
