PENDING An out-of-control event has occurred in Configuration Manager

Hi An abnormal condition has occurred on the SCCM Endpoint Manager. All devices were prompted to reboot at the same time through the software center and after 90 minutes all devices rebooted. What should I do to avoid this out of control event again? Which log file should I look at? Thanks
