SOLVED Alerts Missing from new installation of Configuration Manager site

I recently moved all my servers to a new site. However, my new site only has the following alerts listed:

All the ones for malware detection are missing (e.g. Repeated Malware detection, Multiple Malware detection, etc.). I'm sure after all the work moving to the new site, I've missed something basic in the migration but for the life of me I just can't figure it out currently. Anybody have any ideas? The EP point is installed without issue and the Antimalware policy is in place.

Solved. Even though the collection migrated over, the Alert settings for the various collections did not. Without those enabled, they don't show up in Monitoring alerts to set.
