PENDING After upgrading to 2409 our PXE task sequences are failing

All OSD task sequences receive the same errors. I have tried redistributing the Configuration Manager Client. Rebuilding and redistributing the client. Copy to a new task sequence. Creating a new task sequences from scratch. Content status shows the package as distributed and upgraded with the new version. I am at a loss here.
Errors show below are from the smsts.log on the client pc we are trying to image. Everything was working until the upgrade to 2409.
its as if the task sequence cant see or find the Default Configuration Management Client Package XXX00002.

Edit: I tested by removing package XXX00002 and now it fails with a different package name.
So the PXE client is not getting a response from the DP on package locations but Im not sure how to check that.
