PENDING After upgrade to Configuration Manager 2107 workstation are now offline

After upgrade to Configuration Manager 2107 workstation are now offline. There is now a x next to the computer icon. We are able to ping the server from the PCs and the PCs from the server.

I deleted my PC from SCCM. It has shown up again however Device Online Management Point and Device Online from Internet are blank. It also has a question mark next to computer icon.

PCs were online without this.

I noticed that SQL 2012 was at 11.0.5388.0. Installed SP4, now at 7001.0. Should SQL be upgraded to 2019?

When we view the logs on one of the clients., the only red is Client registered check: FAILED CcmEval 12/6/2021 2:48:12 PM 21092 (0x5264)

Enabled TLS 1.2 on the server. Still have the same issue,
