SOLVED ADRs are not working with error 1722

We are having issues with running ADRs, inspecting ruleEngine i have found attached error.
Could you please assist??

What does your wsyncmgr.log say? Are you failing to do synchronizations completely?

This error mostly relates to network connectivity or port being blocked on the firewall. So please kindly verify the network connectivity first and then ports on the firewall.

Issue was little complicated. Recently (before I joined this company) one of the DPs was purged/decommissioned but not removed from ConfigMgr and it wasn't getting removed either due to component server being deployed to it or may be something else.

Well, through SQL route, the entry was then removed however for some strange reason 'patchdownloader' logs were still pointing to decommissioned DP at another location with persisting errors.

Later, after further investigations, the decommissioned DP was also acting SMS role/provider on the top priority.

Removed 'SMS provider' entry using WBEMTest.msc (useful tool) and everything started working.
