NEW ADR Rule Failure

Hello. i'm hoping someone can help me. I have been seeing these errors in ruleengine log and not sure how to resolve them. I tried creating new adr's with all new and still having the same issues. There are three entries any help would be greatly appreciated !!

Are the ADR's failing? Do you have other ADR's working? How many updates are in the ADR's that are failing?

None of my ADR's are wotking.
Does anybody are passing by this?
