NEW ADR rule doesn't work automatically

Hello All,
MECM 2207, ADR rule for Definitions update doesn't work as it should automatically, but when run manually works fine. I have other ADRs which all work fine.
Appreciate any clues, thanks in advance...

Hi, i don't see any errors. but it doesn't download and deploy any definitions. I am attaching part of the Ruleengine.log the last line says: "Rule resulted in a total of 0 updates" where it should get 1 definition that exists. i can also attach whole log if needed.

Then there is a problem with your rules, if it find 0 updates to download. Check your rule.
