PENDING ADR failure - Invalid Certificate signature

v2207 on 2012 R2, I know I know, but this issue started with March 2023 Patch Tuesday updates. Everything pulls in fine, except Windows 11 22H2 updates. they have failed since March with Error Code 0x80073633 Invalid Certificate signature. We have created a new ADR for just those updates, but it fails also. We have run the original ADR without Win11 updates selected and it runs fine. I cannot seem to find anything directly related to this issue on the web, just sort of similar situations. Any ideas?

I am coming across the same error for the February 2025 MS Tuesday patch. I see there have not been any updates/help in this form. :-(
