PENDING admin$ issue

in our environment we are able to access admin$ for some systems and unable to access for some systems
ex :- \\<computer name>\admin$

can i know the reason why we are unable to access admin$ and what is the solution to this issue.

As they saying goes "there is no magic bullet for this". You need to look at each computer and determine why it is not working for you.
