SOLVED Adding existing SCCM 1606 Primary Server to an existing CAS SCCM 1606 Server

I have a primary stand alone site and another hierarchy with CAS.
I need the stand alone site attach on CAS.

The best way is create a new primary site on CAS hierarchy and use migrate service?
Then I migrate all objects from stand alone primary site to new primary on hierarchy?
Can I keep everything? applications, compliance?

No and unless you have 150,000 computers a CAS is a Bad idea.
