SOLVED Adding another primary site in SCCM setup

[PASCAL JOURDAN]

I am looking to add another Primary Site in the same domain instead of a secondary site and concerned about how the schema is extended in Active Directory.First version sccm 2012 RTM Second 1702 new
Will the second primary site overwrite the first site when the objects are create in the system managementcontainer or do both ?
May have to set anoher sitecode ?
