PENDING AD Rules in SCCM doesn't work

Can someone help me troubleshoot this issue I've been trying to fix for a week? I suddenly have a problem with one of the ADR rules I created for Firefox—it’s not working as it did before. logs from rulesengine.log show this error thanks in in advanced

We had the same issue and recreating the ADR helped. Try it.

Hello Harshit thnak you for your reply actually it didn't help the recreation of the ADR rules i want just to tell you that i'am pointing the software updates tab within the adr to patch manage plus software like in the screenshot
