NEW Active Directory System Discovery vs Incremental updates

If I have a collection configured for incremental updates by default it will update every 5 minutes and the Active Directory System Discovery is set to 1 day. I add a computer to AD into an OU that the collection is configured to query. Will the system appear in the collection in 5 minutes or in 1 day plus 5 minutes?
