Hi guys,

Suddenly we have a high rate of inactive clients.

Currently we have 2 MPs

MP A -Primary Site and Management Point
MP B - Management Point

We have in our setup to connect to MP A for HTTP and connect to MP B if PKI is detected fr HTTPS.

I have checked most of the logs that i know and couldnt find any issue.

We deployed a new PKI certs to all workstations and have added the Trusted Root CA in sccm.

We also recently upgraded the Primary Site from Win 2008R2 to Win 2012R2

Thanks

By default, the client requests a new policy every 60 min, sends a heartbeat DDR every 7 days, and reports hw/sw inventory every 7 days. On the client computer check the following log files (%windir%\ccm\logs):

- Inventory log: should have information about heartbeat DDR, hw/sw inventory)

- PolicyEvaluator.log should give you information when a new policy has been applied or you see that no changes are necessary

check this link for more troubleshooting - http://blogs.technet.com/b/configur...g-issues-where-clients-are-not-reporting.aspx
