NEW 2022-02 CU showing as not required on servers

New servers 2019 installs.

Put the patches on my WSUS server and synced all good. Created the software update group etc

The statistics graph says not required. But if i do it manually they install?

found the reason was the servers didn't have the latest service stack update on the servers
