Hello,

I'm reaching out for assistance, hoping to get a response.

We've noticed that for about a week now, approximately 1500 computers haven't been reporting to SCCM, and we're unsure why.

This information could be helpful for diagnosis:

We've updated MECM to version 2309.

Would it be possible to help me diagnose how this occurred? Thank you in advance.

There are a million things to look at, why don't you tell use what troubleshooting you have done.

Thank you for your proactive approach. Regarding the troubleshooting, I have examined the log files (colleval, statesys), but I haven't found any information about computer deletion. Perhaps I haven't looked in the right place. Could you please indicate where I should search first?

Here are all the logs and what they do.

Next you say the devices are deleted. this will happen automatically via the maintenance task. When devices are no longer active within the console.

This likely means that you have a boundary or FW issue. Are you only using IP ranges for boundaries?

Hi Garth,
I think the issue comes from the maintenance task of MECM 2309.
Yes, we only use IP addresses for the boundaries (Type: Network ID).
I'm wondering if the configuration of the boundaries has been properly done for the sites because it was mentioned as Network ID type rather than an IP address range.

if it says ip subnet then you want to convert them to ip ranges.
You will want to look at the client logs for why they are not talking to you site.
