We have four Automatic Deployment Rules (ADRs) for Workstations, Servers, Windows Defender, and .NET. During our monthly patching last month, we noticed that the Server ADR is not getting any updates. As I am relatively new to SCCM, I was tasked with investigating this issue. I have already opened a case with Microsoft, and while waiting for their response, I would like to try and figure out what is wrong. There have been no changes made to the ADR or the deployment package. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Not yet. I sent some logs to Microsoft tech support last week. I am still waiting to hear back from them.
