PENDING SCCM - Company Portal

Hello there.

As some of you have seen this week i am building a new Task Sequence at the moment, I have successfully got it working but i want to be able to control the application deployments via Company Portal as i want to better version control of applications and dont want to build them into the Task Sequence.

How can i get Company Portal installed so that when the user logs into the machine the applications start to install via Company Portal?

Is the best way to do this to build it in so that Company Portal installs as part of the task sequence?

Hi @drwilkinson84,

The Company Portal is a feature included with Microsoft Intune (MEM). Configuration Manager had a Web Catalog but it was deprecated in the current branch version, you have only the Software Center that regroup all of your Apps/TS etc.

I am wondering the samething. We were able to get an EXE file for Company Portal, but since SCCM doesn't directly support EXE files and there are no silent install commands, does anyone have any recommendations on how to get this deployed during a task sequence?
