SOLVED Configuration Manager Client - Wrong version after SCCM Update from 2309 to 2409

We recently upgraded our SCCM environment from version 23.09 to 24.09. In addition to the main upgrade, we also applied Hotfix KB30833053 and the Rollup KB30385346. All updates and hotfix installations completed successfully without any issues.
However, at the end of our maintenance, we noticed a problem: it appears that the Hotfix KB30833053 and KB30385346 did not update the Configuration Manager Client Package. Now, the SCCM server is trying to deploy the client version 5.0.0.9132.1023 to Windows computers, but under C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Client only version 5.0.0.9132.1011 is available.
What can we do now? Is there a way to download the installer for version 5.0.0.9132.1023 directly? Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Update from my side: Over the weekend about a quarter of all devices did get the 5.00.9135.1001 version client. So, all ist working as expected.

The hotfix Rollup KB30385346 updates the client version to 5.00.9132.1023. So this exact version should appear in the client upgrade tab as well. I don't think you have to download any client version for this, if you're using the automatic site wide client upgrade, the agents on the endpoints should be updated to 5.00.9132.1023.

Our problem was that the version displayed in the "Upgrade Tab" (5.00.9132.1023) did not match the one located in the folder C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Client on the SCCM server (5.0.0.9132.1011). As far as I know, this folder is used for distributing the SCCM clients.

In the meantime, however, we have updated to version 25.03 as part of the problem-solving process, and now the versions in the Upgrade Tab match the directory C:\Program Files\Microsoft Configuration Manager\Client (5.00.9135.1001).

Nevertheless, we seem to be having issues with distributing the clients to our 3500 devices; unfortunately, the update is currently not being carried out.
Do you have any hints for us on where we could look?
