SOLVED Autopilot reset ran into trouble. Could not find the recovery environment

Hi PD,

We are testing the Autopilot deployment and on one of the machines we are encountering the error Autopilot reset ran into trouble. The error says it could not find the recovery environment. Any idea why is this happening and what log files should we refer for this?

It really depends on you original imaging method and the way your hard drive was configured. Is it an OEM image? something you built?

Finally I got the answer from MS article: If there is an issue with the recovery environment during Autopilot reset, you must enter administrator credentials to continue with the reset process.
